1. What exactly does ROSUL sell? We specialize in seat-back organizers that keep car interiors tidy and accessible. Our flagship organizer fits most vehicles with removable headrests and offers multiple pockets for tablets, snacks, toys, water bottles, and small electronics. We also carry a few compatible accessories and replacement parts, all designed with road-trip durability in mind.
2. Where do you ship? We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after you place them, and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package is on its way.
3. What are my shipping options and how long will it take? We offer Standard shipping at $15, which typically arrives within 7-14 business days after dispatch. Please note that processing time is 1-3 business days before your order leaves our facility, so total delivery time ranges from 8 to 17 business days depending on your location.
4. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To start a return, please contact us first at support@rosul.shop. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
5. How can I track my order? Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. The carrier is typically USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your destination and package size. You can use that number on the carrier's website to follow your package from our door to yours.
6. Will the organizer fit my car? Our seat-back organizer is designed to fit most vehicles with standard removable headrests. It attaches using adjustable straps that loop around the headrest posts. For vehicles with built-in headrests or unusual seat designs, we recommend measuring your headrest posts and checking against the dimensions listed in the product description.
7. How do I clean the organizer? The fabric is water-resistant and easy to wipe down with a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, you can spot clean with mild soap and water. We do not recommend machine washing, as it may damage the straps or stiffening panels. Let it air dry completely before reinstalling.
8. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet shipped. Simply email us at support@rosul.shop with your order number, and we will process a full refund. After 24 hours, we may have already started preparing your order, so we cannot guarantee cancellation.
